EXCHANGE PROGRAMME

Sharing in Common

The exchange programme provides employees the nation-wide secondment opportunities with the member firms in major cities of Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, Cambodia and oversea.

The programme provides the potential participants with the opportunities to exchange their industry knowledge and work exposures with one another to enhance their existing core skills and to explore the different working life outside the home.

The duration of a secondment is between 3 months – 1 year, depending on the requirement of receiving firms.
